Solitude

Thanks to ‘genius rhetoric‘, that some people use to make themselves look like experts on ‘geniuses’, I can avoid reading stupid philosophy texts.

Thanks to Yalom (bad writer), I can avoid reading Nietzsche, Shoppenhauer…

I am still curious about Kierkegard though.

There is another rhetoric that people in creative businesses use to decieve their audience: by mystifying creativity and madness and calling themselves mads but without the actual madness that people with mental illnesses suffer from.

Being a ‘mad artist‘ is not just words.

You can see, I will not say names this time, these ‘mad artists’ call for solitude all the time. Be alone, run away from the crowd, hell is other people…This attitude helps people adore their ‘mad artists’ as if you are having sex with their art.

Or feeding your spiritual hunger from their artwork. When you are with other people you may still not have sex, or feed your soul, but it is possible to discuss their stupid artwork and they are exposed and can not sell their stupid artwork to the lonely souls anymore.
